Need a good lawyer for pizza place acquisition?

I am so glad I found this board. I am looking to purchase an existing place in NYC and need help finding a good lawyer who specializes in business acquisitions. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I imagine there is a local bar association/referral svc… that would be my 1st call…also, look in the yellow pages 4 a start
