P Patriot_sPizza New member Aug 31, 2007 #2 you won’t be happy w/results if you try to “par-fry”… if you are trying to time chicken w/pizza orders, get a humidified holding cabinet or warming display & cooked chicken should last 45+ minutes… Last edited: Feb 18, 2020
