New Edge Ovens installed today

I finally replaced my old Middleby 570’s with new Edge 60’s today at my downtown/campus store. Mike and Mark did a fantastic job with some custom manufacturing. I can’t speak highly enough about this company. If you’re looking for new conveyor ovens, it would be foolish not to check out Edge Ovens.

I’d echo the same - GREAT COMPANY, GREAT PEOPLE, AND GREAT OVENS. Paul, I couldn’t imagine using 3 of them!!! We had a double stack put in earlier this year - more than meets our needs! Congrats on your new purchase.

Great set up! I’ll be waiting for you to post your thoughts on them in the coming weeks. We use an older XLT 3255 and it does fine for us, but I know we’ll be upgrading in the next year or so if only to take advantage of the more economical usage.

Looks like another great install from MF&b! That is a triple stack of money making machines. We have had ours for over 3 years now. We are coming up on 400,000 “almost perfect” pizzas with no problems at all.
