I know I’m a little late getting back to thank all who responded to my post ( new oven) But I’ve heard said," better late than never", so thank you all.
I know this decision on the oven will be the most importent one we make and hope we make it rite. I hope to see a few in operation and talk to many operators about the pros and cons of their ovens before we do decide. And after all that with all your good counsel- IF this thing goes, how could it not be the right one.
