New Pizza selling well

We just added a new pizza to our gourmet range and it has taken off really well.
It is called Chicken Mornay. It has a cheesey mornay sauce base, with just the lightest cheese, english spinach, chicken and fresh musrooms, finished with cracked black pepper anda light mozzarella coating.
We did taste samples last night in the mall we are located outside of and we had people come straight in and order. Tonight was the first night with it and we exceeded sles estimates.
Anyone looking for something a bit different should try this. It looks and taste great.
We use a proprietory brand sauce but those more abdventurous can make their own.

Yo, dog . . . what cheese you putting in your mornay? Are you scratch-making that sauce? If so, then way cool to see someone else rolling the classics into the pizza world!

Nothing to disclose: milk (or even chicken stock), flour, vegetable oil or butter, a little nutmeg and cheese in the classic Sauce Mornay. No surprises.
