Hi! I’m new to this forum, fairly old to life, and had my first pizza in 1954. After years of eating bad pies, I made my own, and 5 years ago, I helped my son open his pizzeria, Frankly…Pizza!, in Kensington, MD. After his first year in business, he was rated the #1 pizza in the DC area. We are both constantly looking to improve, and I’m hoping this forum will add to our development. “Mediocrity is endured by the hands of many, excellence is achieved by the hands of the one who endures.” Thanks
