…for next fall
looking for a location between/around the big 3 chains…

have been considering how I would do in that environment,
…I’m in a 24’ trailer so am mobile to wherever there are roads,

any thoughts appreciated,

You’d better have some staff if you want to think about competing with the chains.

you can say that again !

I would think the labor market would be better where the chains are than where they are not, needing a labor pool themselves,
