Hey guys, thought I would share with you a pic of the dough machine we have been using since 1961. My Grandfather bought it used in 1961 and we have rebuilt the motor twice since then. its a beast to say the least. all cast iron, bronze bushings. chain driven gear and a worm gear. Everything is original except for the rebuilt motor. We mix 400 lbs of dough in it at once during the summer time weekends. It is made by “triumph” in Cincinnati Oh.
