My calculations indicate a maxim production capacity of 40 -16 in pizzas at a 7 minute bake.
Unfortunately maximum production capacity is only attained if the pizzas are placed so as to keep the conveyor fully loaded for the full hour. In reality you will be lucky to get 30 or so per hour.
If you intend to operate a pizza shop that is no where near the production capacity to be profitable
We like to see a shop open with at least a double stack of ovens with the capacity of MM Ps360 ovens or better.
