I purchased an XLT 3240 and would like to get my old Middleby Marshall PS200 rebuilt, for a possible new location. I would like to find a good reputable company.
Most of the rebuilders we work with would prefer to sell you one of their rebuilt ovens and take your oven in on trade.
I would be happy to check with some of the companies we know are competent and see what kind of trade can be worked out. Or if one would do a rebuild for you.
