Hi, looking to start Pizza shop here in Melbourne Australia and am after advise on what sort of questions I should be asking of myself, pizza shop owners who may wish to sell their business and what sort of business am I getting into. Like, are the hours hard (how to you organise deliveries if you are open from 5pm onwards) hiring of staff, food handling certificates required. Should I be aiming for takeaway/delivery only, etc.
