Pans and pans

Looking at changing to Lloyd pans.

Any of you fine folks find a difference between Quik discs and hex discs? I’m doing a relatively thin crust in conveyor.

Any other brands worth looking at?

Just call Lloyds and they will send you free samples to try and see what works best. They are great to deal with!

I’ve banged this drum before but, for my money, on my pizza, in my oven…there is no better disc than Lloyd’s. We use the “cloud” discs and absolutely love how they perform for us! The extra bonus is, it’s rare to find another company that cares as much about YOUR operation’s success.
