Give me some thoughts on this. Anyone have a Papabello’s near by? How is the food? Does it stay busy? etc…etc…etc… Just curious at this point.

I think you’ll find very few “franchise” guys on this site…we’ve already paid some dues in that arena…

If you have no experience in the pie biz, a franchise might be the answer…if not, then a j.o.b. in an indie is in order…

Most of us, I believe, prefer the indie status…

Hmm. Pretty interesting - specifically the “inside Wal-Mart” part.

The Super Wal-Mart closest to me has a McDonalds in the front (like this Pape Bello would be) - I thought that was crazy because (I’m not kidding) there is anotrher McDonalds (free standing) 1 block away. But the McDonalds in the Wal-Mart is almost always busy whenever I see it.

Having a pizza place in that location that does delivery, eat in and carry out would be great IMO. I’d move there in a heartbeat - I can only imagine what being there would do for my walk-in business.
