pizza buffet to go

does anyone sell buffet to go by the pound, and if you do what do you sell it at and how did you arrive at that price? Thanks in advance for your help.

We use 12" pies on our buffet and charge $1.50 per slice if they want any to go.

I went to an Eatza Pizza once and I think they just let you take x number of slices, x number of dessert slices, and a container of salad.
