doing layout for new shop, what size pizza cutting table are you guys using ? ( for double stacks and triple,conveyor)

Using 8’ X 30" table with a backsplash and a shelving unit behind it for the boxes, and a 5’ X 24" table perpendicular for wings and pastas

We regularly supply tables like this in various sizes.
Orders are taken and a box folded on the 16in side then placed on the top shelf. the pizzas are cut and placed in boxes on the other side.
Often a heated holding sectionis included oh the out bound end.
