Pizza Expo is Only 2 Months Away

I am getting everything lined up to attend Pizza Expo 2012. Airline and hotel are booked.

Who else is going? For those who have never been it is well worth the time away from the shop to learn new things and be reminded of the IKT (I knew that).

I look forward to seeing George again as well as Tom the dough doctor.

We are planning to come this year…IF 6 employees don’t quit that week, the oven doesn’t blow up, and…well you all know how it is! As we get closer to that date, we’ll all make plans to meet up.

I am bringing a pretty good group. My wife and myself along with my Gm’s from each location. Cant wait to meet up with some old friends…and some new ones too.

FYI - Harrah’s had a smokin’ deal on rooms.
