P Patriot_sPizza New member Aug 6, 2010 #4 You can use a prepared cheese sauce in #10 cans or use the Trio brand powdered mix… Cook your ziti/penne & oil lightly vrs rinsing, as rinsing tends to wash off too much starch & the starch helps sauce stick to pasta… Use a small s/s bowl…add 8/9 oz pasta & enough cold cheese sauce to create a gooey mes…(lol)…top w/cheese blend… Place on you prepared crust & bake… This is about how a CiCi’s does theirs… Now, dress it up with some bacon, scallions, extra cheddar cheese… Last edited: Feb 18, 2020
