Greetings all! I am looking at an old FotoMat kiosk to lease. It measures roughly 7 foot by 9 foot. Is it feasible to set up a small pizza stand? I want to offer Square Sicilian slices. Would something like a 27" Double Deck Oven be sufficient, if I am only selling slices? Is there enough space to be making dough, etc, or would it make sense to buy it made, panned and sauced(?) from a restaurant?
The pizza I am envisioning is more like Tomato Pie, more saucy than cheesy. Thanks for any advice you can offer.
