I spent the last two weeks in South Korea. Lots to tell about that trip and it was both a lot of fun and very interesting… I saw a lot of signs for pizza (they tend to use the English word on signs) but only tried it out in one place.
Style was certainly more American than Italian. Crust was drier than I am used to and more like a soda bread. Sauce was tasty, toppings we excellent. Cheese was different but good.
