Pizza Kit - Fundraiser

Considering a fundraiser that we sell pizza kits. Very similar to a hoagie sale. Possibly a 12’’ premade shell, sauce, cheese , and pepperoni. These will be sold as a pre sale. The kit will be assembled at home and baked in a home oven.

Does anyone have any experience or thoughts?

Use commercially sourced pre-packaged /pre-portioned pepperoni.

Tom is right on the money as usual. USDA will get involved with any fundraisers that use meat unless it is pre-packaged/pre-portioned.
