For over 20yrs we have been using use the empty boxes from our corrugated circles on dishwash rack dollies when they come out of the oven. We switched to corrugated boxes without circles and now need another solution…the rubbermaid square containers melt from the hot pans out of the oven…any other ideas?

I’m not sure I understand the question, but…

stack 'em on a metal shelf under the cut table, until they cool??

not really practical for us since our pans do not nest and would fall all over…I gues what I am looking for is some sort of container that would hold up to the heat.
Thanks!

I recently came across something that you might be interested in. It is called a steel box truck. There is a “clearview” model with expended mesh sides that works perfectly for this application. Sizes vary, but there is a 24 X 26 X 31.5 " high model that sells for about $220.00. These are sold through Global Industrial at <www.globalindustrial.com> or 800-645-1232. I am looking at catalog # NPR33E, page 157. You can also get them with solid steel sides rather than the expanded mesh sides.
I hope this helps,

Change the box and heat it up in normal oven temperature. 🙂
