Pizza Pans with "Bumps" to Let Grease Settle botto

Black pans with the bumps to keep the pizza elevated so that it does not soak in pizza. Seen these advertised somewhere in the past but cannot locate the ad now.

Used to holders slicers or to serve.

Anyone know where to find these?

thank you

Sure do. Go to American Metalcraft<www.amnow.com>. They can provide them on many of their pans. They’re called “nibs”

Dewar – know where the one pictured is specifically? I believe the one pictured is actually make out of plastic. I like the way they look as opposed to the regular pans at American Metalcraft.

I know some company advertised them in one of the pizza mags a while back but not recently . . .

good call going with the plastic… the local Pizza Hut uses the metal versions, with all the wear and tear the black starts coming off the pan and the silver metal is exposed. Dosent look to appitizing when they serve their pie in those nasty things. Even though their washed, your thinking man… I wonder if that crap is sticking to the pizza… and I’m eating it…. I already have enough freakin iron in my diet!
