Hey Guys, I’m new here! I currently own a little pop-up food business called Slightly Hoongry. We decided we wanted to dip our toes into some pizzas. Our vision is to supply homemade authentic 8" pies.
I’m thinking for an 8" pie I will use 1/4 cup of sauce, 4oz of cheese? Any tips, recommendations etc are greatly appreciated. Next step is to figure out how much of each topping to put on too. Just trying to dial in my pizza costs.
