Hi! We started a wood fired pizza bus last year and purchased a used Kairak prep table. It works pretty well until it gets over 85 degrees in the bus, (our oven is located off the back of the bus,) and then it loses its cool. We’ve had it looked at by two different companies and they can’t seem to figure out why it’s doing this. I don’t think these units are made for a food truck, so we are looking to purchase a different unit and curious what you would recommend
