Pizza Sauce

hi Guys,

Long time reader of these forums (Father told me the address and have never looked back). I love making pizza, its a hobby of mine. My question is about Tom Lehmann’s pizza sauce recipe. I am very keen to try it out however i don’t have a clue how big a #10 Can is?? i have looked around and cannot seem to find an answer. Any help would be appreciated as i cant wait to give it a crack.

A #10 can is the big food service kind you see in a lot of supermarkets.
It is usually 6# or so of product.
