Pizza Screens Revisited, need info please!

Hi everyone, I am currently in a debacle. Our pizza screens have been taking a beating lately. Nightly, I throw the screens with food (cheese, dough) stuck to them in our oven and let the food basically cook off, and then scrape it with a dough scraper in the mornings when I come in. I seem to remember seeing a vendor at The Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association show last year, that had a tank of sorts, that you put some sort of solvent/cleaner in and it does the job for you. The sales rep even said I would not have to re-season them after a quick rinse, and that it is food safe. My question is, does anyone know of this or use this in their store? What is the name of that company (or one like it.) Thanks for your help everyone!!
