Pizza styles

As a relative newbie to the pizza world, how many styles of pizza are out there? I know about New York, Chicago, New Haven, Neopolitan, New Jersey and St. Louis styles. How many more are there?

I am not sure how many styles there are but I do know that you can add my style to the list. It is called Sheet Pizza. We bake it in a bun pan 18x26. I know that I have never seen my dough recipe listed anywhere. Nothing even close to it.
When I describe it I say it is a soft bread style crust that melts in your mouth. The outer crust is slightly crispy but the inside is soft. We have been in business for 51 years and I am not sure it would sell as well anywhere else but around here people rave about it.

There are so many, I wouldn’t even guess at the total number. As you have already discovered, many are named after a small, or large specific region or city, so the list goes on and on, but in general terms, we typically refer to pizzas as follows:
New York Style
Chicago Deep-Dish
Chicago Stuffed
Chicago Cracker
St Louis Thin Crust
Brick Oven
California Deep Dish
Neopolitain
Sicilian

Thanks, everybody! I guess there are as many styles as there are appetites!
