New to the group. Been helping run my parents pizza shop for past few years. We recently switched to Pizza Master ovens from Blodgetts. We are super please with the oven but something came up recently with the bake on the bottom. Occasionally certain areas bubble on the bottom and dont cook well. Im attaching photos. We haven’t changed our recipe. Only the ovens within the past month. Any thoughts?
