Practical Pizza Roll Call

Not this session, but I am a “graduate” having had the pleasure a couple of years ago. It’s a fantastic opportunity to learn from a some of the best in their field. You’ll have the ability to network with others in our industry, swap stories, successes and failures, and “play” with all types of doughs on just about any oven you can imagine.

This is a week of “pizza camp” that everyone in our business would enjoy, and learn from. Oh…I don’t work for AIB, and don’t get paid to say all the above…but if Tom and Jeff wanted to slip me a tuition free return trip next year… :lol:

We’ve really got a great cross section of attendees this year. We have newbies, long time operators, and even a chef/T.V. personality attending the program. It looks like another exciting and fun filled class next week.
