I’m putting together a trip with an Italian tour guide (who is also the official translator of the U.S. Pizza Team). We have planned a week-long adventure in the area of Venice with 4 days of classes from the Sucola Italiana Pizzaioli.
If you are interested in learning how to make an authentic Italian pizza classica, this is a great way to do it. Classes are taught in English by the world-renowned Graziano Bertuzzo. In the afternoons and evenings we’ll visit beautiful sites and eat lots of delicious Italian food!
