Proofing cabinet to wide... what can i use to make a shelf?

So we just got a Vulcan Proofing/Holding cabinet and the wire tray holders are just to wide for us to put 14" pizza boxes on without them wanting to fall. We only get about 1" of the box sides touching the wire to hold it up.

I was going to put a bun pan in there but I dont want condensation to form in the pan and get on the boxes.

Is there some type of connector to go across the wire?

Either twist the box slightly or use bun pans. Condensation will not form on the pans.

get some wire shelving from Home Depot, use this to hold your pizzas on. Or put some wire shelving on the bun pan to hold the box off the pan.
