Qualheim Model 440 Vegetable and Cheese Slicer

As part of a lot equipment purchase, I now have a Qualheim Model 440 Vegetable and Cheese Slicer. There were no instructions with the unit. Can anyone tell me how to remove and replace the blade to clean the machine? Anyone know where I can find instructions for the unit?
