About 7% – we have a 100 seat dining room with a bar.

We pay 6% right now . . . . will go down to 3.7% when we get a tenant in an outparcel. It is an odd situation with really low rent for 12 months. When we own and have to support the mortgage, it may get upwards of 10%, unless we get our sales bolstered up really good by then.

Habd toss every pie.

Sliced pepperoni is only kind I’ve used (hormel).
