Queston @ my Bakers Pride Y600

One side of my oven is burning a yellow flame instead of blue. I know there must be a quick fix or somewhere to adjust air/gas ratio. The Y600 is a new oven to me so any help/comments would be helpful.

Open the lower door of your oven. On the end of the burners closest to the door there is a mixing chamber where the air gas mixture can be adjusted. Rotate the mixer plate, that is the non cast iron part until you get a blue flame.
