I have been open for 7 months and have created a new menu. It is basically the same, added and removed a few things. I am nervous about how my requalar customers are going to take it. I have removed some of the specials and added differant once. We send our current menu out as a box topper with every order, so many people are going to have that menu and want those specials. I have thought about doing an insert in the local newspaper that goes to everybody. Any suggestions on how to introduce a new menu?
