Revolving Tray Oven Repair in Socal

I have a large Fish oven in Southern California (LA area). The guys we were using are non-responsive and Fish Oven (the company) has not been able to offer support. Anyone have any recommendations?

Bakery Equipment Store. Think they are in El Monte or Pico Rivera area.

I use Advanced Bakery Services. Knows the Gardner, etc. revolving ovens well
