We use riches oven rise dough in our food trailer. And we are having a interesting problem. One case today it rises perfectly. The other case didn’t rise at all. Any ideas why?
Did that case happen to get warm somehow? Had any more cases do the same thing? Maybe that case got warm at some point before being delivered? Just some random thoughts…
I talked with rich. And they think it’s because it was close to the exp date. Had 3 weeks left. So they figure the yeast died. They did end up promo me 3 cases for everything I had
