Hello everyone 😃

Does anyone have access to video either on tape, dvd, or internet on how to shape dough balls, I am more or less looking for something to show new recruits before we go into hands on training.

We don’t have a video on rolling dough balls, but if I can get out to the lab to make some dough I can get an informal video made showing everything you want in 10 minutes (real time) or less.
The earliest I could do this woulf probably be this Friday.
