Salami issue for pizza

And go good on pizza
Is pork salami or beef salami.

We use Genoa Salami on pizzas and a mild Pepperoni. Have had good success.

I’m trying to settle a debate with my friends. What’s your opinion on which type of salami tastes better and pairs well with pizza? Do you prefer the classic pork salami or the beef salami?
And when it comes to spiciness, are you team hot pepperoni or do you prefer the milder version?
