Is it possible to offer my store for sale to a chain or franchise? I know Pizza Hut is looking to come to the area and I assume others too, I am in a prime location and only been open for 10 months, need to sell. Has anyone done this? Or is there a better way to get out fast?

WHY ARE YOU GETING OUT… ARE YOU MAKING ANY POSSITIVE RETURN BY DOING THIS.
IF NEED TO GET OUT THAN CALL ALL BIG BOYS FRANCHISING DEPT OR REAL ESTATE DEPT WITH SALES PITCH…

I can’t imagine them buying your store. Why would they? They can build across the street.

Your answer is to sell to a regular person. Make the price favorable enough and you will get a quick sale. Heck, for the right price and right place I will buy it and run it absentee.

Got a website or any other information about the place? I have family in Madison. Might be a fun way to scehdule ‘vacations’ to go visit them. Hmmm . . . Nick’s Pizzeria Madison Store. The local joke was for Milwaukee . . . but Mad Town works just fine.
