Hello first time posting, I was just hired to straighten out a pizzeria in Northwest Ohio, currently using a lmps shredded mozz, trying to see what people are paying. Noticed on invoice from last week that the supplier charged them $2.15 lb, came in again this week at same price first time I have been there when a order came in, called the salesperson and found out he was off the rest of the week, so i sent it all back, 19 cases. I have calls in to other suppliers to see what I can do. I am also thinking of going to a 50/50 mozz prov mix. How much more am I looking at for a mix per pound. Its been a while since I have done this so I am a little rusty. Thanks for any help anyone can give me. :?:
