I can’t give you any insight as we don’t have one (doesn’t align with our brand) but from what I know about them, they must be cleaned thoroughly and frequently. As far as profit margin goes, its probably up there along with soda.
I used to have one, it is seasonal here in Idaho, nobody wants a frozen drink when there is 6" of snow on the ground. Like miss pizza said above it does take a lot of cleaning and maintenance on the machine. When it was warm outside it was really good seller.
