Standard Sauce Amount

I just puchased an existing pizza parlor and trying to focus on portion control and consistency when making pizzas. Currently we don’t portion control our sauce. What is the standard amount of pizza sauce (in ounces) to use on the following size pizzas:

14 inch pizza
16 inch pizza

I appreciate your input!

I use about 6 ounces for my 14" pizza
thickness of your sauce will make a difference also

16" pizza is about 25% larger, so 7.5 to 8 ounces
