Wondering what you guys use when using steak as a pizza topping. I just have my impingement oven and no slicer so I cannot grill some ribeye and slice it. Just need some ideas. Thanks.
We use a ‘steak-um’ type of steak. We use it for both panini subs and for pizza. Customers like it. The key is not to over cook the steaks in the oven during prep.
