Steel Deck in Bay Area

I was looking into getting the Doyon PIZ6G for my restaurant but our owner wants to try pizza from a steel deck before making the purchase. Does anyone know of a restaurant in the Bay Area that uses one of these ovens or another type of steel deck oven?

Try Tony’s Coal Fired in North Beach. I think he runs a Rotoflex with steel decks for his NY-style pies and slices. Then there’s Marcello’s in the Castro, same oven.
