Stones for Vulcan Ovens

Hey All,

I am looking for stones for a set of Vulcan ovens I have. It’s a set of 3 ovens. We’ve been cooking on the metal since we bought the restaurant about 3 months ago, and I miss the bricks alot. It holds the heat better as well as it makes the pizzas taste better. So if anyone can possibly point me in the right direction, that would be greatly appreciated

The number you gave me is for someone’s house. They said it used to be the oven shop’s number, but not anymore.

Sorry did not know they quit.

Call 313-931-1700 ask for Mike. Have your deck measurements ready. Also he can do them in several thicknesses.
