Sushi and pizza in one store?

I’ve seen pizza and sushi sold together in France and Russia. They are both very deliverable foods. Would this be something that could work in the U.S. too?

Shusi right next door vacated after 7 years, from my very close perspective,PIZZA RULES !!! have you ever smelled a sushi kitchen ? YUCK,as for concepts, i am working on coffee and ice cream during day with pizza and ice cream at night ,

I’m really surprised at how much of a fast food sushi has become in France. I get flyers all the time in my mailbox for sushi restaurants, some of which also sell pizza and burgers. They are usually very fixed, as in there is a sushi platter 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 with non-interchangable pieces. I suppose that lets them prep in advance.
