We are relocating to a newer, larger building, and it already has a triple-stack of Sveba Dahlen Classic Pizza ovens installed?
I am not familiar with these beasts, but I was impressed with what the original operator was producing in them 10-11 years ago before his illness and passing.
Can anyone offer any opinions on them?
