How many of you do take & bake? How easy would it be to add it to a delivery/carry-out operation? Better yet would you?

I have worked off and on with the option for our customers. We would handle the transaction exactly as a normal ie, and then deliver, hand over the box with safe food handling and cooking instructions. We had a couple of customers who like that option, and we will eventually market it.

That may be different than what you mean by take and bake and what the marketplace generally considers.
