I am currently considering opening a take n bake operation in my area. It will be the only one around. The population is about 27,000. My question is would it be more wise to open it near the residential areas or more towards where the hustle and bustle of town is? By that I mean where most of the businesses are such as our local mall,Wal-mart,Target,companies and strip centers are?
